Hello 6th Grade Families,
    Today, we started class by going over grammar 7.2 that focuses on antecedents, personal, possessive, and indefinite pronouns. We did a worksheet together to immediately apply the information and get more practice. 
    After we worked on grammar, we went to the computer lab and read more from wonder after we finished reading, we Talked about empathy. i Asked students how they felt at the end of pg. 50 when Auggie described how he eats. this led us to have a discussion on what it would be like to see a kid like Auggie in the lunch room and how we would treat him or her. we also Talked about why we say something unkind about someone when we know how bad it feels.  it was an enlightening conversation.
